Revised Criteria of the American College of Rheumatology for the Classification of Functional Status in a Patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis
Purpose: To evaluate the functional status of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis using the revised criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR).
The American College of Rheumatology revised the criteria for classifying the functional status of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. This can be used to evaluate the patient at initial diagnosis and to monitor the patient over time.
Parameters:
(1) self care activities (dressing, feeding, bathing, grooming and toileting)
