• Additional risk factors from univariate analysis included Black race, unmarried, no current alcohol use, ever smoked, sedentary lifestyle and fair to poor self-rated health.

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 13
• A score >= 6 indicates a man at increased risk for osteoporosis.
Performance:
• The sensitivity was 93% and specificity 59%.
