Description

Ohta et al used a 9 point scale for evaluating neurological outcome in patients after subarachnoid hemorrhage. The scale can also be used for head injury, stroke or other neurologic disorders. The authors are from Osaka Medical School, Kitano Hospital and the Osaka Second Police Hospital.

This is similar to other neurologic scales (see above) except that it has more states defined.
