Fordyce spots can involve the skin of the penis and scrotum.
Clinical features:
(1) multiple small yellowish-white papules on the glans penis and/or scrotum
(2) asymptomatic
Histologic findings:
(1) sebaceous gland hyperplasia
Differential diagnosis:
(1) HPV infection
