Description

Changes of interstitial lung disease seen on chest high-resolution CT can be monitored by a score based on its zonal distribution.


Patient selection: interstitial lung disease (ILD)

Changes that can be seen on HRCT:

(1) ground glass opacity

(2) reticular opacities

(3) consolidation

(4) honeycombing

(5) traction bronchiectasis

(6) linear opacity
