Number of US grades: 6 (US No. 1 to US No. 6)
Criteria for sample grade of milled rice - any of the following:
(1) does not meet the requirements for any of the U.S. grades (1 to 6)
(2) moisture > 15%
(3) musty, sour or heating
(4) objectionable foreign odor
(5) > 0.1% foreign material
(6) >= 2 dead or live weevils or other insect, insect webbing or refuse
(7) any other sign of low quality
