Updated IGCCCG Prognostic Factors for Metastatic Seminoma

The International Germ Cell Cancer Collaborative Group (IGCCCG) has updated its prognostic classification for a patient with metastatic seminoma. The authors are from multiple institutions from around the world and members of the International Germ Cell Cancer Classification Update Consortium.

Patient selection: metastatic seminoma

Parameters:

(1) IGCCCG prognostic classification (good, intermediate, poor)

(2) serum LDH in IU/L

(3) upper limit of the reference range (ULN) for serum LDH

serum LDH as a multiple of the upper limit of normal =
