Contents: small bowel, cecum, sigmoid colom
Clinical features:
(1) small bowel obstruction
(2) abdominal pain
CT findings:
(1) cluster of dilated bowel loops without a sac-like appearance
(2) located in the anterior-most peritoneal cavity
(3) lack of omental fat between the loops and abdominal wall
(4) omental vessels run vertically around the hernia opening
