Read and Cavuoto reported the Toddler/Infant Ocular Trauma Score (TOTS) to describe traumatic open globe injury in a young pediatric patient. The authors are from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami.


Patient selection: penetrating trauma to the eye in a child <= 6 years of age
