### Description

For patients receiving thrombolytic therapy, the risk of intracranial hemorrhage can be predicted using a thrombolytic predictive instrument.

Parameters:

(1) age

(2) excess pulse pressure

where:

• excess pulse pressure = (systolic blood pressure) - (diastolic blood pressure)

• If the diastolic blood pressure is >= 65 mm Hg, the actual value is used. If < 65 mm Hg, the value is set to 65.
