(C) C ontrol over eating
(O) O ne stone (weight loss)
(F) F at
(F) F ood
Scoring: 1 point is assigned for each "Yes" answer.
SCOFF score =
= SUM(points for the 5 questions)
Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 5
• A score >= 2 indicates that the person may have anorexia nervosa or bulimia and further evaluation is warranted.
