The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) is a self-administered questionnaire for measuring the symptoms of chronic prostatitis and the impact on the patient's life. The index was developed by the Chronic Prostatitis Collaborative Network.
