The Framingham Safety Surveys were developed to help health care professionals evaluate the risk of injury to a child in her or his environment. The responses can help identify problem areas for change or improvement. There are different surveys for different age ranges (< 1 year, 1-5 years, 6-9, and 10-12 years) reflecting the changes in risk as the child develops. The surveys were developed in Framingham, Massachusetts.
