Description

The System Usability Score (SUS) is a questionaire that can be used to evaluate a computer system based on the user experience.


Items:

(1) would like to use the system frequently

(2) system unnecessarily complex

(3) system easy to use

(4) need technical support to use the system

(5) various functions well-integrated

(6) too much inconsistency

(7) able to learn very quickly

(8) system very cumbersome to use

(9) felt confident using the system

(10) need to learn a lot before being able to use the system

 

Responses: strongly agree, agree, neither agree/disagree, disagree, strongly disagee

 

Scoring:

(1) items 1, 3, 5, 7, 9: from 4 to 0

(2) items 2, 4, 5, 8, 10: from 0 to 4

 

total score =

= SUM(points for all 10 items)

 

Interpretation:

• minimum raw score: 0

• maximum raw score: 40

• The raw score is multiple by 2.5 to change range from 0-40 to 0-100.
