The Standardization of Uveitis Nomenclature (SUN) Working Group reported criteria for Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) associated chronic anterior uveitis.
Criteria for juvenile idiopathic arthritis associated chronic anterior uveitis - all of the following:
(1) anterior uveitis
(2) one of the following:
(2a) chronic
(2b) insidious onset with minimal symptoms
(3) presence of juvenile idiopathic arthritis
(4) absence of enthesitis-related arthritis
(5) negative for syphilis, sarcoidosis, CMV, HSC and VZV
