Staging Peritoneal Carcinomatosis

Peritoneal carcinomatosis can be staged based on the size of the tumor deposits and their distribution within the abdomen.

where:

•There might be the need for a stage with a distribution between localized (Stage 1) and diffuse throughout the abdomen (Stage 2).
