Staging of Schistosoma mansoni Infection Using the Cairo Working Group Criteria

Description

The Cairo Working Group proposed criteria for staging a patient with Schistosoma mansoni infection. This is based on clinical and ultrasonographic findings. It can be used to predict patient outcome and to monitor efficacy of treatment.
