Mor et al reported a severity score for evaluating a patient with familial Mediterranean fever (FMF).

(1) number of sites affected during a single attack (in at least 25% of attacks)

(2) number of sites affected during the course of the disease

(3) number of pleuritic attacks during the course of the disease

(4) number of erysipelas-like attacks during the course of the disease

(5) age at onset in years

(6) dose of colchicine
