Conditions associated with nail candidosis:

(2) autosomal dominant hyper-IgE syndrome (HIES, Hiob/Job's syndrome (STAT3)
(3) dectin-1 deficiency (dectin-1)
Conditions associated with nail dystrophy:
(1) APECED syndrome (AIRE)
(2) dyskeratosis congenita (ACD, CTC1, DKC1)
(3) palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis, palmar hyperkeratosis (NHP2, RTEL1, NOP10, PARN, TCAB1, TERC/T, TINF2)
Conditions associated with dysplastic nails:
(1) autosomal recessive dyskeratosis congenita (NHP2/NOP10)
