Description

The Simplified Psoriasis Index (SPI) is intended to be a clinically useful method of assessing psoriasis. There are several assessments which may be conducted by the provider (professional) or patient (self assessment). The authors are from the University of Manchester and Mahidol University in Bangkok.

• minimum subscore for skin involvement: 0

• maximum subscore for current average intensity: 5

• minimum current severity: 0

• maximum current severity: 50
