Description

Quintana-Barcena et al reported the Severity Categorization for Pharmaceutical Evaluation (SCOPE). This describes the severity of a drug-related problem (DRP) and how a pharmacist responds to it. The authors are from Universite de Montreal, Cenre de Sante et de Services Sociaux de Laval and Centre de Recherche du Centre Hospitalier.
