Description

The score for death from osteosarcoma (SDOS) and the score for progression of osteosarcoma (SPOS) were developed by Taylor et al for evaluating risk in patients with osteosarcoma arising in bone. These are based on clinical findings in the patient and the pathologic features of the tumor.
