superficial punctate keratitis (SPK) involving < 50% of cornea

superficial punctate keratitis (SPK) involving >= 50% of cornea

erosion and/or defect in the corneal epithelium
3
corneal ulcer and/or plaque
4
The higher the score the more severe the corneal damage.
