Purpose: To evaluate a woman with cervical cerclage for risk of preterm delivery at less than 32 weeks gestation using the score of Odibo et al.

Description

Odibo et al developed a score for predicting preterm delivery at < 32 weeks gestation in women who have had cervical cerclage. This can help identify a patient who may benefit from closer monitoring and more aggressive management. The authors are from the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
