Marangi et al reported a score for evaluating a patient for Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome (PTHS). The authors are from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Universita di Padova, and Azienda Ospedaliera RN "G. Rummo" in Italy.

maximum score: 16

A score >= 10 was 100% sensitive but 38% specific.

A score >= 13 had a sensitivity of 89% and specificity of 90%.
