Patient selection: status post chemotherapy with potential for neurotoxicity

Parameters:

(2) pain and tingling in hands and/or fingers

(3) numbness or coldness in feet and/or toes

(4) numbness or coldness in hands and/or feet

total subscore =

= SUM(points for both parameters in group)

total score =

= SUM(points for all 6 parameters)

Interpretation:

• minimum subsccore: 0

• maximum subscore: 6

• maximum total score: 18

• The higher the score the worse the neurotoxicity.
