Description

Rodrigues et al reported a score for predicting the risk of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) in a patient with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).  The authors are from the University of Edinburgh, Newcastle University, University of Southampton, Universite Lille and affiliated hospitals.

Patient selection: intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)

Parameters:

(1) APOE epsiolon 4 status

(2) subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH)

(3) finger-like projections from hematoma seen on brain MRI
