Description

Cohen et al identified predictors for failure of closed reduction of forearm fractures involving both the ulna and radius. These can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive management and early surgery. The authors are from Tel Aviv University.

Patient selection: pediatric patient with fracture of both radius and ulna of the forearm
