Description

Bruce et al developed a logistic regression model for predicting the diagnosis of concussion in a professional hockey player. The authors are from University of Missouri, Psychological and Neurobehavioral Associates, University of Calgary, University of Toronto and Ottawa Sports Medicine Center.

Patient selection: professional hockey player with head impact

Parameters:

(1) loss of consciousness or motionless

(2) incoordination or balance problems

(3) fight
