Men and women:

(1) sports or physical activity related

(2) autoimmune disease (juvenile arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, other)

(3) pelvic surgery

(4) pelvic infection

(5) fall or other trauma (page 267)

 

Women:

(1) pregnancy or post-partum

 

Sports associated with osteitis pubis:

(1) running

(2) soccer

(3) Australian football

(4) rugby

(5) ice hockey

(6) tennis

(7) weight-training

(8) walking

(9) cycling

(10) American football
