Sharma et al reported the ReDRESS score to predict recurrence of DRESS syndrome. The authors are from the University of California Irvine and the University of Southern California.
Patient selection: history of DRESS (Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms)
Parameters:

total score =
= SUM(points for all of the parameters) + 6.35
Interpretation:
• A total risk score > 0.20 was associated with a high risk of recurrence.
• Although the score is based on a logistic regression model, usage suggests that the decision is based on the sum of the parameters rather than calculating the probability.
Performance:
• The area under the ROC curve is 0.87.
