Description

Inoue et al developed a questionnaire for evaluating quality of life for a patient following a radical neck dissection. The authors are from Kobe University, Shizuoka Cancer Center, Osaka Medical Center, Cancer Institute Hospital and National Cancer Center Hospital East (Chiba) in Japan.


 

Left side:

(1) bothered by neck or shoulder stiffness

(2) bothered by constriction of neck

(3) bothered by neck and/or shoulder pain

(4) bothered by numbness of neck

(5) bothered by dropping of shoulder

(6) limited in ability to reach above head

(7) bothered by appearance of neck

 

Right side:

(1) bothered by neck or shoulder stiffness

(2) bothered by constriction of neck

(3) bothered by neck and/or shoulder pain

(4) bothered by numbness of neck

(5) bothered by dropping of shoulder

(6) limited in ability to reach above head
