Bisaccia et al developed a quality of life (QOL) questionnaire for patients with a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. This can help monitor the patient over time. The authors are from Columbia University and Morristown Memorial Hospital.

(4) difficulty in following your doctor's instructions (taking medications, putting treatment on skin, showing up on time for appointments, missing appointments, etc.)
