Description

The PASS Syndrome (Pyoderma Gangrenosum, Acne Conglobata, Suppurative Hidradenitis, and Axial Spondyloarthritis) is a syndrome that overlaps with the PASH and PAPA Syndromes.


 

Features of the PASS Syndrome:

(1) pyoderma gangrenosum

(2) acne conglobata

(3) suppurative hidradenitis

(4) seronegative axial spondyloarthritis

 

The patient seen by Bruzzese responded to infliximab therapy.
