Description

Roach et al proposed a new staging system for prostate cancer that is based on the T code, Gleason score, and serum PSA concentration. This better predicts clinical outcomes when compared to the current AJCC system. The authors are from the University of California in San Francisco, the University of Michigan, and the University of Texas San Antonio.
