Horita et al reported a prognostic score for a patient in Japan with tuberculosis. This can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive management. The authors are from Yokohama City University, Saiseikai Yokohamashi Nanbu Hospital, and Fukujuji Hospital in Japan.
