Kim et al reported the Prognostic Index for Natural Killer cell lymphoma (PINK) for extranodal natural killer T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL). A second score (PINK-E) included information about EBV DNA. The authors are from multiple institutions in Korea.
Patient selection: ENKTL, treated with non-anthracycline-based chemotherapy
Parameters:
(1) age in years
(2) stage
(3) non-nasal disease
(4) distant lymph node involvement
(5) detectable Epstein-Barr virus DNA in blood
