Description

Shenkier et al identified prognostic factors for patients with a primary T cell lymphoma of the central nervous system (CNS). This can help identify patients who may benefit from more aggressive therapy. The authors are from the Primary CNS Lymphoma Collaborative Group from multiple institutions in North America and Europe.

NOTE: Other risk scores for CNS lymphoma are those of Ferreri et al (28.07.18) and Shenkier et al (28.07.31), which share some of the current risk factors.

Interpretation:

• minimum score: 0

• maximum score: 2

• The higher the prognostic score the better the survival.
