Description

Galvez-Acebal et al identified prognostic factors for a patient with left-sided endocarditis. These can help to identify a patient who may require more aggressive management. The authors are from the Grupo para el Estudio de las Infecciones Cardiovasculares de la Sociedad Andaluza de Enfermedades Infecciosas in Spain.
