The priority level corresponds to risk of pulmonary complications.
>= 50 years
< 50 years
smoker > 40 pack years
smoker <= 40 pack years
history of pulmonary disease
thorax or upper abdomen
acute broncho-spasm; productive cough
abnormal chest X-ray
