The Premature Ejaculation Profile (PEP) can be used in the assessment of a male with premature or early ejaculation.
Parameters over the past 4 weeks:
(1) control over ejaculation
(2) satisfaction with sexual intercourse
(3) distress caused by how fast ejaculation occurs during sexual intercourse
(4) problems with relationship due to fast ejaculation during sexual intercourse

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 4
• maximum score: 20
• The lower the score the greater the problem posed by early ejaculation.
• The PEP score increases for men successfully treated.
