Description

A history of enuresis may be associated with premature ejaculation.


Clinical features:

(1) history of enuresis during childhood, often monosymptomatic

(2) variable presence of irritable bowel syndrome

(3) premature ejaculation (with short intravaginal ejaculatory latency)

 

Hypothesis for occurrence:

(1) central neurologic deficit that impacts inhibitory signal processing

(2) genetic factor

(3) psychological disorder (stress, agitation, obsessive-compulsive)
