Robert-Ebadi et al reported the Pregnancy-Adapted Geneva (PAG) score for estimating the probability of a pulmonary embolism in a pregnant woman. This is derived from the Geneva score. The authors are from multiple institutions in Switzerland, France and Canada.
Patient selection: pregnant woman with suspected pulmonary embolism

(3) history of previous deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
