Predictors of shorter survival after start of palliative radiotherapy:
(1) cancer other than breast or prostate
(2) higher ECOG score (3 or 4)
(3) lower body mass index (? cancer cachexia)
(4) > 5 metastases
(5) liver metastases
(6) hypoalbuminemia
(7) hospitalization within the past 3 months
