Patient selection: long-term survivor of non-Hodgkin lymphoma
The pattern of chronic fatigue may be:
(1) persistent or intermittent
(2) stable or slowly worsening
Predictors of persistent or worsening fatigue:
(1) female sex
(2) lower levels of education (failure to have a college degree)
(3) history of past chemotherapy
(4) higher comorbidity
(5) post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
