Predictive factors:

(1) age > 70 years

(2) congestive heart failure

(3) ECOG status 3 or 4

(4) sepsis

(5) obesity or cachexia (counted as 2 in original listing)

(6) elevated serum creatinine

(7) abnormal platelet count

(8) proximal tumor
