Zorbas et al reported a simple score for predicting surgical site infection after a clean neck operation. This can help to identify a patient who may require more aggressive management. The authors are from BronxCare Health System, University of Pennsylvania, Temple University and Henry Dunant Hospital Center (Athens, Greece).
