Purpose: To use the score of Wong et al to predict if external cephalic version will be successful in a woman with breech presentation at term.

Description

Wong et al developed a simple scoring system to predict whether external cephalic version would be successful in a woman with breech presentation at term. The score can be calculated in clinical settings without an ultrasound machine. The authors are from the Tsan Yuk Hospital in Hong Kong, China.
