Patient selection: pediatric patient 5 to 17 years

(1) dysmorphology 1 (short palpebral fissure length, vermillion border lipometer score > 3, and philtrum lipometer > 3)
(2) dysmorphology 2 (ptosis, incomplete extension of one or more fingers
(3) Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale second edition (VABS, 3 domains)
(4) Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL, 5 domains)
