Mechanism: probably due to a Valsalva maneuver-like autonomic response during the ictal phase

(1) conjunctivae
(2) face
(3) neck
(4) upper trunk
(5) oral mucosa
Lesions:
(1) petechiae
(2) purpura
(3) subconjunctival hemorrhages
